Conference attendees are strongly suggested to complete the online registration process. In the online registration system, basic information including name(s), email(s), address(es), and other information is required. Upon inputting the basic information, alternative payment methods are provided for the convenience of the attendees. Both credit card and debit card payment are available.
Registration fees vary according to different types of registration, including IABMAS member, Non-IABMAS member, Student and Accompanying Person. Also there is a difference between early bird registration and late registration. The extended deadline for early bird registration is

The Conference registration fee includes:
(d) Welcome Reception, Lunches, Coffee Breaks, Gala Dinner, Boat Tours and Technical Tours.
** One full registration, i.e. (a) and (b), is allowed to add one accompanying person. Student registration is not allowed to add accompanying person.
Registration Policy for Presenting Authors
Authors with accepted academic paper(s) are required to register at the Conference to get the paper(s) published in the Conference Proceedings. Only registered authors are entitled to present their paper(s) at the Conference and the number of presented papers is limited to 2 for each registration. Registered authors are required to submit their application to present paper(s) before or on
Accompanying persons are not entitled to present papers at the Conference.
On Site Registration
Registration on site is available during the Conference. Open hours of the registration desk will be notified on site.
Cancellation requests must be sent to the Conference Organizing Secretariat directly in writing. Payment information, registration type and names,as well as the signatures, of the attendees are required in the cancellation letter. The letter should be delivered at the Organizing Secretariat before or on May 30th, 2014 for the refund process. The Conference Organizing Secretariat will retain 10% of the original registration fee for the process. The refund will be 90% of the original registration fee. However, substitutions of individuals attending are accepted up to June 30th, 2014.
